11.04.11r Day. classes were conducted in which the roles wcielaliƛmy boss and employee. We considered three situations: first
Angry customer
second The company receives notice of the insolvency of your customer.

a) request a referral to the head of the employee to transfer,
b) the Head of the conference, the deliberations on the further development of the company,
c) reprimand the employee because of misconduct at work.

learned skillful nailing customers' objections and solve problems in the company in cooperation with the group. We have created, and we considered problems as close to reality, inevitable in running a business.
